Currently working as a Senior ML Engineer at Visa on the AI Governance team, building AI Observatory - an internal platform to monitor and govern ML models, GenAI applications, and agents across Visa. Read about what it can do.

I recently collaborated with HuggingFace Science on an antibody developability research project. My current interests lie in LLM internals (attention, decoding, KV caching), getting better outputs out of SLMs (<7B models), and ML in healthcare. At present I’m working towards a research career (with a good intersection in engineering).

Prior to Visa, I spent ~3 years at Prodigal (YC-backed) as an ML Engineer, where I owned the ML engine for a call summarization product generating ~100k summaries/day, finetuned LLMs for conversation understanding, and built NER models for healthcare PII redaction.

Before that I was an undergrad (‘22) 🎓 at DYPCOE studying Information Technology. During that time I collaborated with Omdena on AI projects with startups in healthcare and energy, and interned at BimaPe (now Verak) working on information extraction. I also shipped a few open-source projects with great collaborators along the way.

When you don’t find me coding/writing, I’ll be Geeking out on Anime & Manga / Learning to play my ukulele / Trying out a new food spot.

fun fact - I used to run a game zone 🎮 with my own computer when I was 12 :)
